Return of goods in case of incorrectly ordered goods:
We gladly accept incorrectly ordered goods*, in an unused condition, within the next 10 days from date of invoice.
Please notify us by phone or e-mail before the return shipment at firstname.lastname@example.org.
* except hose accessories, custom-made products or items that we ordered specially for the customer.
Return of goods in case of damaged goods / quality defects:
If our goods arrive damaged or you notice a quality defect, we kindly ask you to immediately notify us in writing (with photo of the damage).
The goods under complaint must be in the delivery condition and completely unused.
In the event the packaging is severely damaged on delivery, draw the deliverer’s attention to it and accept the goods only "with reservation". If the goods are actually defective as a result of the damaged packaging, take photos for the purpose of making a complaint to our carrying agent and inform us immediately.
If you send a device for repair, please enclose the contact details of a contact person and a problem description.
We will send you a quote as soon as possible which is valid for 45 days.
In case of a warranty, it would be helpful to provide us with the serial number or delivery date.

Yes, but only via phone or per mail.
In our shop it isn´t possible to order as a private person because we have a b2b (business to business) shop.
Either you send an email to: email@example.com with your contact details and your required dispenser.
Or you enter in our shop: Dispensers / Loandispensers an put the required dispenser in the shopping cart.
Normally our customers get the dispensers free of charge for approx. 1 - 2 weeks Only the shipping costs (Austria: 10,90 EUR, Germany: 14,50 EUR) have to be taken over.
If the dispenser meets your expectations, you can keep it, (you will always receive a new device) and we send you the the bill for the device.
If you return the dispenser please not the following
• return the dispenser in the original packaging
• return the dispenser with all accessories (consumables parts as cartridges and needles do not need to be returned after use)
We have to charge damaged or dirty parts or dispensers.
No, our dispensers have everything they need to be able to dose right away.
The dispensing needles with LL ears have small "ears" left and right
The dispensing needles with LL thread have a thread.
In principle, both types fit equally well.
We have tried to work out the filter function in the best possible way to give our customers the opportunity to filter for any technical data.
In our product groups (for example: „dispensing tips“) you will find a link which leads to a higher-level filter function and which you can choose from among all available needles which shows for example a lenght of ½“ tips
If you filter out of the subgroup (for example: „dispensing tips lightproof“), only the lightproof tips with a lenght of ½“ will be shown.
Usually the day after the order is received by us
If you have an urgent need, we will ask for your call (or a note on your written order) and we will do our best to help deliver goods on the same day.
